2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 13800 services, you are required to register one valid personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
13800 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the legitimacy of an account. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 13800 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in the activities offered.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 13800 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Channelling funds from illegal activities through the platform (money laundering)
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a dishonest manner
- Disrupting other users or platform operations
- Sharing account access or selling your account to another party
- Ensure your account information is always kept up to date and accurate
- Use only payment methods registered in your own name
- Comply with all applicable betting limits and promotional terms
- Report any technical issues or suspicious transactions
- Use the platform responsibly and only within your own financial means
13800 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the 13800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. Foreign exchange rates do not apply to the platform's day-to-day operations.
Supported payment methods include bank transfers via FPX (covering all major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and Public Bank), TNG e-Wallet, and direct bank transfer. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated by the platform. Any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers are beyond 13800's control.
Payment rules you must comply with:
- You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of another person's bank account or e-wallet is not permitted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier. Check your account settings for the latest information.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- 13800 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, as part of our fraud prevention measures.
- Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider during a deposit or withdrawal are the responsibility of the user.

13800 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond the platform's control.
The platform makes no guarantee that its services will operate without interruption or be entirely free of errors. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may cause temporary disruptions to platform access.
Account Suspension & Closure
13800 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:
- Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or promotion abuse
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account balance pending investigation. Users are not entitled to any compensation in relation to an account closed on grounds of a terms violation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 13800 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 13800 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both the platform and the user agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed dispute resolution channel.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
